grading & re-sloping, correcting water run off and drainage problems,
we have many attachments to aid in reclaiming your usable yard space.
Preserve Grades Around Trees
We have the experience needed to preserve grades around trees
you want to save. The branch perimeter generally corresponds to the
spread of its roots. However many trees have a root zone of up to 200%
of the drip line. Your trees may die if care is not taken to preserve
these root zones.
Drain Water Away From Your Home
The landscape surrounding your home should have a minimum of 5-10 ft.
positive or downhill drainage away from the base of your homes foundation
if at all possible. We can help you with difficult situations.
Avoiding Water Run-Off Onto Adjacent Properties
Nearly all towns and cities place restrictions on how much water
can drain from one property onto another. I keep this in mind while
shaping, grading your yards landscape.
Draining Water Away From High Use Areas
While grading or re-grading your landscape we gently slope the
game playing areas of your yard, taking care not to have a concentrated
water flow in these areas. We can create a nice safe, fun play area
for your children's swing-set, play-house etc.
Tree Stump Removal
Tree Stump Removal - We are experts at removing tree stumps from
your property, we use the specially designed Bobcat® “Digger” attachment
to remove tree stumps. The “DIGGER” digs in forward and reverse,
trenches, removes rocks and tree stumps, transplants trees and shrubs,
loosens hard-packed soil.
We use our versatile Bobcat® combination bucket to load the
tree stumps onto our dump truck and haul away after removing your
tree stumps. We then back-fill (fill-in) the resulting hole with
clean fill-dirt that we haul to your site (if you don't have any
“extra” dirt on your land).
Clearing and Thinning
We can give your wooded areas that park-like look and feel by
clearing and thinning unwanted trees and under brush. We can also
apply mulch to create selected natural areas to minimize mowing.
Also, create a gravel path.
Storm Damage
We can also remove storm damage from your yard and/or woods.
